I wear Accuvue Oasys and every now and then I seep with my contact lenses in overnight. When I wake up, my eyes are dry but then they feel fine. Is this dangerous for my sight and the health of my eyes?

I just got my contact lenses today, I’ve now been wearing them for 5 hours and they seem fine.
My optometrist said I should wear them for maybe 4 hours tomoro, then gradually wear them for longer.
They feel fine though and don’t irritate me, so do you think it will be alright if I wore them for 12 hours tomorrow? I might take them out for half an hour after six hours.
I have soft lense ones, I think.
