Can someone help me with contact lenses?

I recently got Acuvue Oasys contact lenses. I was wondering if I want on vacation where there was a beach or pool, would I have to remove my lenses to go swimming. If not, would I be able to dive with goggles and contact lenses on? My next question is: If I am on a road trip and decided to take a nap in the back seat, do I need to remove my contact lenses?
